Reservation
To request reservation the following information is necessary:
- Date of entry.
- Date of exit.
- Complete name of the applicant.
- N º of passport, DNI or official document of identity.
- Usual address and telephone number.
- Nacionality.
The owner will inform the applicant about the admission of the request
in accordance with the dates available, as well as the bank account number in order to deposit
the reservation deposit (30 % of the amount of the total stay) giving a courtesy period of
five days for the revenue.
If the request of reservation is realized a few days before
the occupation will have to realize the immediate the reservation deposit.
Was considered to be the apartment booking when the the reservation deposit
should be received.
The owner will send to the interested party confirmation for e-mail or by
post of the reservation with the additional necessary information.
Languaje:
The languages for the communications will have to be only Spanish or English.
Cancellations:
Once effected the reservation just will return the entered
amount to itself if the cancellation is realized within thirty days of the date of
entry to the apartment.
The route of annulment of reservation will be the same by
that the initial reservation was effected normally for email.
