Tariffs
Tariff rent all apartment:
140 € per day. (Minimum three days and maximum 30 days).
The price of this rent is for six persons, increasing in 15 € for every person add and with a maximum of ten persons.
Tariff rent by bedrooms:
50 € per room and day. (Minimum three days and maximum 30 days).
The rent price will decrease depending on the number of rooms and days requested. The common zones shared. Maximum two persons for room.
Occupancy and Return:
The entrance to the apartment will be realized from
2:00 p.m. on, setting the hour with the owner or authorized person who will be there to hand over the
apartment or room, sign the contract and receive the rest of the payment including the deposit. In case the tenant is
late he will have to contact by telephone later to deliver the keys according to the agreement.
The tenant will find the apartment clean, orderly, with all the electrical appliances
in good working order, with enough cooking utensils for ten persons, with cleaning products and sufficient
household linen for the agreed stay.
At registration the tenant will receive a list of domestic appliances and household e
quipment of which the lesser will have a copy in case of possible losses or damages.
The exit of the apartment and return of key will be realized
before 10:00 a.m. of the foreseen day after the lesser or person in charge checks that everything in
the apartment is in perfect condition before returning the deposit.
The tenant must to leave apartment neat and clean, as well as all the household
equipment and cooking utensils. Moreover, all the electrical appliances must be in good working conditions.
The tenant accepts the responsibility of replacement of items or repair of any damages caused
in the apartment and of the household equipment caused by improper use and will also assume responsibility for the
replacement of lost objects as for special cleaning services due to improper use of the apartment.
